Session dedicated to surveys examining migration issues

The Ethnic and Migrant Minority (EMM) Survey Registry is a platform that displays metadata for surveys undertaken with ethnic and migrant minorities. The presentation of the EMM Survey Registry will highlight international standards and national specificities used in studying migration. The presentations of the Trajectoires et Origines - TeO (Insee-Ined) and ELIPA - Longitudinal survey on the integration of newcomers (people granted residence permits) surveys will offer a retrospective look at the evolution of French surveys in terms of the construction of the “immigrant” category. Anne Gosselin, will show how surveys (CT-RPS 2016) can be used to examine the working conditions of immigrants.
